- Silver Level - Project management is desirable because the delivery activity involves the coordination of several deliverables with some constraints in terms of resources, timing and scope.
- Gold level - Project management is required for contractual reasons. The project is fixed price and we need a project manager from our side to keep things within time, budget and scope. Finalyse is formally responsible for Delivery Management.
