The European Union has published revised reporting standards for the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR).
The new regulatory technical standards (RTS) and implementing technical standards (ITS) introduce changes to both the content and the format of trade reports.
For example, concerning the reporting of cleared trades and collateral, identifiers and deadlines are to be used for backloading.
Finalyse is adapting the EMIR reporting solution accordingly, in order to guarantee your EMIR compliance as of the application date of 1 November 2017.
